Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our work: Deposits are non-refundable No refunds will be issued for completed creative work, strategy, or time invested If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, all completed work will be billed and the remaining balance may be waived at our discretion If YumSocial fails to deliver due to illness or emergencies, the client will be entitled to a partial refund or credit toward future services

Add-On Services Disclaimer:
If the Client selects any optional add-on services (such as photography, monthly marketing, or social media bundles), a separate service agreement will be provided outlining the scope, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing billing (if applicable). If you select any optional add-on services, the first month’s payment for that service will be added to your total today as a deposit to reserve your slot. These add-ons are treated as standalone service contracts and must be agreed to before those services begin.
